DUTIES

Project Coordinators will be asked to provide project managers with support to complete all aspects of on- going projects. This will require, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Delivering projects on-time, on-budget while maintaining internal margins and delighting the client at every touchpoint
  • Gathering pricing from various vendors and preparing quotes for potential projects
  • On-sight installation supervision/management
  • New vendor research (capabilities, pricing, etc)
  • Day-to-day communication with client regarding on-going projects
  • Collaborating with and managing work flow internally with other “departments”
  • Client research
  • Logistics coordination
  • Expense tracking and reporting
  • High level note taking in meetings with extreme attention to detail
  • Keep multiple projects on track at the same time
  • Traveling required

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to solve problems on the fly
    • Basic computer knowledge (Macintosh experienced preferred but not required)
    • General understanding of marketing, communications and customer service
    • Ability to be flexible with schedule
    • Need to be highly organized and must have attention to detail
    • A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
    • Proactive not reactive
    • General knowledge of printing and graphic fabrication methods (preferred, not required) • General knowledge of Quick Books software (preferred, not required)
