We are a General Contractor in need of a recent or December 2013, Civil Engineering graduate. Our Company is small and young, started approximately (4) years ago. We have recently completed the first phase of the $67 million expansion of the Little Rock (Clinton International) Airport and are poised to do the next phase at just over $400 million in 2015. We are currently building a $12.5 million police station for the city of Little Rock and will begin a couple of similar projects, starting at the first of the year. We have recently joint ventured with Garver Engineers to provide a minority component to their already successful civil engineering division. Hence, the need for a Engineering Intern. The recent or upcoming graduate will work directly with Garver and Adevco and be an employee of Adevco, Inc. The immediate project will include work on the LR Airport taxiway extension, the duties will include some design work, site inspection and project management. Adevco has other projects forthcoming that includes Airports in New Orleans and Kansas, MO. These projects are more than $700 mil each and will include ground up construction and runway projects. Therefore, the candidate will need to be flexible and willing to travel.
