Responsibilities

  • Utilize our tools and various technologies to provide a variety of services to end-user clients
  • Provide Remote IT Support to end-users on a day to day basis
  • Provide Onsite IT Support to end-users on a day to day basis
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues related to –
    • Microsoft Windows Servers
    • Microsoft Exchange/Office/365 Exchange
    • Microsoft SQL Servers
    • Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, Printers, and other Network Devices
    • VMWare & Microsoft Hyper-V Technologies
    • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, & 10 Operating Systems, Mac Operating Systems, iPhones, and Androids
    • A variety of desktop applications such as Office, Adobe Acrobat, Quickbooks, etc.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years IT Experience
  • Strong desktop operating system and applications knowledge
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCPIP, Routing & Switching, Firewall Policy Management, Remote Access, and VPN Configuration
  • Strong understanding and experience with ALL Microsoft Windows Server & Application technologies: Server, Exchange, SQL, OCS, Terminal Services
  • Knowledge and some experience with Virtualization Technologies from Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare

Bonus Points

  • Background in IT Managed Services
  • Certifications: Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, Fortinet, CompTI
