<li>Ability to manage difficult customer situations without missing any required troubleshooting steps.</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to process changes.</li>

<li>Call center experience strongly recommended.</li>
<li>Networking certifications, such as, Network+, CCENT, CCNA preferred, but not required.</li>

<p><strong>REQUIRED:</strong> Overnight in-state travel. Computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Access, are a must. A driving record check will be performed.</p>

<p>Summer Internship</p>
<h2>General job duties:</h2>
<p>Assist laboratory personnel in performing standard roofing granule tests. Duties may include grade testing, color measurement, acid-base titrations and other tests for roofing granule properties.</p>
<h2>General Qualifications:</h2>
<p>Minimum 1 year of college-level chemistry/General chemistry lab</p>
<p>GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred, 3.3 minimum</p>
<p>Demonstrated responsibility and attention to detail</p>
<p>Good oral and written communication skills</p>
<p>Ability to follow directions and communicate results</p>
<h2>Work Hours:</h2>
<p>Flexible hours are required.</p>
<p>Need to be able to work day or night shift.</p>
<p>Approximately 24-40 hours per week.</p>
<p>Length of shift ranges from 8 to 12 hours a day.</p>
