A new version (3.0.1) of the OYSTER, an open source entity resolution system, is now available on the Downloads page of the ERIQ website (http://ualr.edu/eriq). The 3.0.1 version includes a number of bug fixes and performance improvements over previous versions. The new version also provides direct support for assertion resolution and a new XML structure for entity identity management (EIM). The new EIM structure is designed to support both merge and record linking resolution operations.
