ExP Innovation Fund Request Forms
Extended Programs (ExP) provides support for the development and delivery of new online courses, programs, and e-learning projects. To request support, a proposal to ExP is required before development begins.
Online Course Development: Use this form if you are proposing to develop a distance technology delivered version of a single course.
Online Programs Development Form: This is the form to use if you are proposing to offer a program (i.e. a collection of related courses such as a major, a minor, or a certificate) through distance technology. If you complete this form, you do not need to then submit an “Online Course Development Form” for each individual course therein.
(NOTE: New degrees require prior approval via the standard university procedures for approval of a new degree program. The Provost’s Office can provide you with additional information about those processes. If this will be a distance technology version of an existing degree program, no additional university approval is required. However, ADHE requires a Letter of Notification for any program in which at least half of the classes are available through distance technology. The Dean of ExP can provide you with additional information about that process.)
E-Learning Project Development Form: This is the form to use if your proposed project is not tied to a specific course but rather has the potential to advance or support e-learning in a way that is innovative for our campus. Please contact the Dean of ExP for additional information.
