EHS Committee

The mission of the UALR Environmental Health and Safety Committee (EHSC) is to create and maintain a healthy and safe campus environment for all. To this end, the EHSC ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and minimizes exposure to environmental or occupational hazards. Adopting a proactive approach to safety, the EHSC facilitates development of relevant policies, assesses risk, and evaluates conditions on campus to foster an environment conducive to the pursuit of knowledge and growth.
