Facilities Management

Law School

The Facilities Management Law School maintenance team schedules and performs maintenance service for all crafts including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, grounds, and custodial services for the William H. Bowen School of Law. Work orders requested for the School of Law are performed by this team. They monitor the energy management system and make adjustments as required. They also provide around-the-clock surveillance of HVAC equipment.
