What UALR Recycles

UALR currently has recycling collection bins on campus for the following items:

  • all types of paper
  • cardboard
  • plastic bottles
  • aluminum cans
  • plastic (shopping) bags
  • telephone books (once or twice per year)

The following items used by UALR’s facilities are also recycled:

  • florescent bulbs and ballast
  • motor oil
  • batteries
  • tires
  • electronics (through M&R)
