Self-Service Campus Login

Self-Service Intended Usage

Self-Service is intended to be used by current UALR faculty, staff, and students for submitting work order requests electronically and for querying the database for the status of their request(s). Examples of things requiring the submittal of a work order request are new carpet, paint, electrical modifications, space changes, remodeling, etc. Self-Service isn’t intended for the submittal of general maintenance or cost estimate requests.

All general maintenance requests, such as a light needing to be replaced, temperature adjustment, leaks, toilet stoppage, blown fuses, trash needing to be emptied, graffiti needing to be removed, carpets needing shampooing, etc., can be submitted with the General Maintenance Request Form or by calling our Operations and Services desk at 569.3390.

Please refer to the Cost Estimates section if you need to submit a cost estimate request.

How to Use Self-Service

Self-Service requires logging in with your UALR NetID and the password that was created when our department added your NetID to our database. This means that if you change your NetID password in BOSS, that password change does not apply to Self-Service. Please use the link below to log into Self-Service. Please note that if you submit a request in Self-Service, you do not need to submit the same request with a work order/cost estimate form as this duplicates your request in our system.

If you do not know your UALR NetID

If you don’t know your UALR NetID, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Lookup NetID link in the box.
  2. After logging into BOSS, go to the Personal Information section.
  3. Click the link for Change Passwords or View Usernames.
  4. Look at the row that lists NetID in the System column. The corresponding Username for that same column is your NetID.

First Time Users of Self-Service

If this is the first time you have logged into Self-Service, you will be requested to create a requester profile. Please enter your last name, first name, department, phone number, and email address.

Self-Service Issues or Questions

Please contact the FAMIS Administrator at 569.3334 if you experience problems logging into Self-Service. If you have any questions regarding work orders or work requests, please call the Service Desk at 569.3390.
