General Maintenance Service Requests

Examples of general maintenance service requests are those pertaining to a light needing to be replaced, temperature adjustment, leaks, toilet stoppage, blown fuses, trash needing to be emptied, graffiti needing to be removed, carpets needing shampooing, etc.

During Normal Hours

General maintenance service requests should be reported to Facilities Management’s Operations & Services desk by completing the General Maintenance Request form or by calling 501.569.3390 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requests received after regular business hours will be processed the next business day.

After Hours, Weekends, & Holidays

Please contact the Department of Public Safety Dispatch Office at 501.569.3400, and they will make contact with the appropriate on-call maintenance service staff to assist you.
