Energy and Enthusiasm Pay Off
Dr. Thomas Tudor has a famous reputation on campus for his teaching, according to one of his students from Taiwan: “While I know he is helpful to all of his students, it is his support of international students that doesn’t come from any other professor. If you need help with a bank account, phone, car, apartment, schedule, course, class preparation, class materials, study skills….then he is there for you.”
One of Dr. Tudor’s colleagues describes his dedication: “There is no one I know that puts so much effort into teaching. His work ethic, subject knowledge, high student expectations, academic rigor, and warmth make him incomparable to most faculty members.”The management professor receives high teaching evaluations, often the highest in a department of 21 faculty members. In eight years, he has developed and taught nine different classroom courses and six fully online, taking a multi-dimensional approach that complements the many learning styles of students.

Dr. Tudor earned a Ph.D. in 1997 and an MBA in 1992 from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1988.
