Improving the practice of law

Law professor Lynn C. Foster’s life of public service has been about providing educational and academic opportunities for others. The Arkansas Bar Foundation professor regularly conducts seminars for Arkansas attorneys in her area of expertise – real estate law – and she carries a reputation as one of the best presenters in her field.

Lynn FosterFoster helped create The Revocable Trust Handbook for Arkansas Practitioners, a guide for the state’s attorneys who work in the field of estate planning. She also created the Arkansas Real Estate Review, a chronicle of legal developments in the field of real estate. Her work keeps attorneys informed and prepared for practice in complex areas of the law.

Foster earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois, and she received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University. She is a member of the Association of American Law Schools and the American and Arkansas Bar Associations, and is a fellow with the Arkansas Bar Foundation.
