Your financial aid file must be complete by this date or financial aid will not be available for the fall semester

If you are a freshman or freshman transfer student for the Fall 2009 semester you must meet with an advisor and be registered in classes by 4 p.m. on Wednesday August 19, 2009

For Non Entering Freshmen - 4 p.m. on August 19, 2009 is the deadline to apply for admission for the Fall 2009 semester

For all Entering Freshman (First time Freshmen and Freshmen Transfers). The deadline to apply for admission is August 12, 2009 by 5 p.m.

The following items must also be submitted by the same deadline:

• a final or 7th semester High School transcript / GED scores
• official ACT/SAT scores
• Official transcripts for m each institution attended - if you have taken ANY college coursework
• Immunization Record (showing proof of 2 MMR vaccines taken 30 days apart)

For Non Entering Freshmen - 4 p.m. on July 2, 2009 is the deadline to apply for admission for the Summer 4 2009 semester

The following items must be complete by this date in order to allow time for your financial aid award eligibility to be determined prior to the start of fall classes:

1. Your 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
results must be received at UALR; and
2. All required documents must be received by
UALR; and
3. You must be fully admitted

If you do not meet this deadline, you may not learn about your financial aid eligibility until after October 1
