For all Entering Freshman (First time Freshmen and Freshmen Transfers). The deadline to apply for admission is June 1, 2009 by 5 p.m.

The following items must also be submitted by the same deadline:

• A final or 7th semester High School transcript / GED scores
• Official ACT/SAT scores
• Official transcripts for m each institution attended - if you have taken ANY college coursework
• Immunization Record (showing proof of 2 MMR vaccines taken 30 days apart)
