Book Voucher and Meal Plan programs
These programs allow a student to “charge” the cost of books and meals in advance of receiving financial aid funds for the term. If the amount of memo’d or credited financial aid exceeds your total UALR charges, you may use the book voucher and meal plan programs.
The book voucher or meal plan programs are available as long as the student has a credit balance on his or her UALR account. You may charge up to $700 in books and supplies if your financial aid funds exceed your balance due by that amount. You may open an Aramark food voucher account up to $400 if your financial aid funds exceed your balance due by that amount.
The book voucher and meal plan programs are available beginning two weeks prior to the first day of classes, through the 4th week of classes. Once a change check has been created, these programs are no longer available.
