If you’re looking to add some spice to your Friday night, Willy D’s on President Clinton Ave. in downtown Little Rock is definitely a hot spot.

Upstairs is the famous dueling piano bar, where Matt Pruss and Matt Sammons played Friday, Oct. 15. The duo told stories while they tickled the ivories, which made for a night of laughter and great music.

The tunes got better as the drinks flowed. The two Matts took on classics “Piano Man” by Billy Joel and The Beatles’ “Hey Jude.”

If you are looking for more of a party atmosphere, just venture downstairs to Deep, Willy D’s underground bar and lounge.

It is a full-on club with loud hip-hop and dance music pumping courtesy of a live DJ.

When your feet start to swell from those sexy high heels, have a seat on one of the comfortable couches lining the walls. It is also a great way to watch the good, the bad and the ugly dance moves.

Sometimes in a busy club, it is hard to get a drink. But at Willy D’s, the bartenders will not leave you empty-handed for long. The prices are good, too. A cranberry and vodka is only $5.

Other bars and clubs usually run at least $7.  Last call is at 2 a.m.

So whether you want a laid-back night or to dance the night away, Willy D’s has what you need.

There is a $5 cover, and sorry kids, this place is for ages 21 and up only.
