Proctor

Testing Services is looking for people to proctor. The job consists of being trained to proctor pencil-paper and computer based exams, serving as a resource to other departments and students who need information regarding testing, scoring, policy, and procedure. Office duties include greeting people, answering phones, making staff and testing schedules and setting up appointments for examinees by mail, phone, or in person. The applicant must be a quick learner and proctor exams with confidence.  They should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to write, speak, and present information. The person must be able to pay attention to detail, and have organized and efficient work habits. They must have experience and knowledge working with Microsoft Office and Google App, and must be enrolled full time, have good academic standing, and have already been awarded Work Study funding through the Office of Financial Aid at UA Little Rock. Computer Support Lab Assistant

UA Little Rock Benton Center is looking for assistants to work in the computer lab. The duties of this job are supervising the lab, proctoring tests, troubleshooting computers, and assisting students and instructors. The qualifications include good customer service skills, familiarity with Windows and able to troubleshoot Windows issues. The person must be willing to work on lab schedule. Counseling Services Support Staff

Counseling Services is looking for people to do office duties, schedule appointments, assist clients with check in, and assist in events including Suicide Prevention Week, Gradfest, and more. To qualify for this job, applicants must have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, be able to use Microsoft Office, and be dependable.
