Opportunities in Little Rock
Not only is Little Rock the state capital and business center, it is also the state’s center for culture, recreation, sporting events and shopping.
There are numerous opportunities for internships and employment. Nearby you’ll find excellent hiking, fishing, biking, and other outdoor activities, plus the River Market, with its restaurants, museums, shops, loft apartments, and Farmers’ Market.
The city offers exciting night life including live bands, Arkansas Twisters arena football, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, the Arkansas Arts Center, and concerts in the Riverfest Amphitheatre, central Arkansas’ premier outdoor concert venue. Also on our own campus, the Trojan basketball teams play in the Jack Stephens Arena.
