Students that are eligible to be graduate assistants will receive an email each semester after grades are posted. If a position in an academic department is available, interested students should correspond with the specific department to determine and submit the application materials they require from GA candidates. The Graduate School does not collect students’ information to distribute to the departments.

Some non-academic departments on campus may have GA positions. To be considered for a GA in any of the non-academic GA positions advertised, students must apply directly to the department listed for the open position and supply any required application materials.
