Nominations for Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges are a way to recognize the many contributions our students make to the University and to the community. This national program is in its 73rd year and was founded to ensure that academic achievement was recognized regardless of student ability to pay.

There is no initiation cost, service charge or membership fee to the student. In addition, students who complete and return the Who’s Who profile will be included in a random nationwide drawing for ten scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 each.

Only 50 UALR students will be chosen this year. The attachments are provided to assist in the identification of UALR students who meet the selection criteria. Students may seek nomination from others or they may nominate themselves. Please note that the nomination forms are to be completed and returned to the UALR Office of Campus Life, DSC 216 on or before 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2007.

Students selected for Who’s Who and those nominating them will be invited to a reception in the Donaghey Student Center in the early spring of 2007. At that time, the students will be awarded their certificates and a group photograph will be taken for campus recognition purposes. Click here to download the nomination and application form.
