Testing requirements, if applicable, and minimum qualifications are listed on all advertisements for vacant positions.
Employees seeking promotions/transfers in a classified position should complete an application in Human Resource Services. The application is forwarded to the department where the vacancy exists. UALR encourages professional growth for its employees.
