“Walk and Talk” Group Walking Program

Make plans to join us every Tuesday and Friday, beginning September 19, for a 30-minute “Walk and Talk” along the Coleman Creek Trail.  We will meet in front of the library at noon.

According to the American Heart Association, 30 minutes of walking each day will decrease your risk of stroke, reduce your cholesterol, and lower your blood pressure. Walking in groups provides an additional opportunity to meet new people and socialize, and motivate and support one another.
