Graduate Program

There are three emphasis areas students may choose from when choosing a Masters of Science in Health, Human Performance, and Sport Management degree:

  • Health Education
  • Exercise Science
  • Sports Management

A variety of job opportunities are available for the graduates of the Health, Human Performance, and Sport ManagementĀ  Masterā€™s program. These includes employment in areas such as health clinics, businesses, fitness and wellness programs, educational settings and sport/athletic facilities. Students will have the opportunity to improve their intellectual and professional skills through advanced classroom instruction, participation in behavioral research, and community service learning activities.


A minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited educational institution with an overall GPA of 3.0 is required for admissions into the graduate program. The following items are required for admission:

  • Undergraduate transcripts
  • Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
  • Reference Letters (3)
  • Letter of Intent
