There are three emphasis areas students may choose from when choosing a Masters of Science in Health, Human Performance, and Sport Management degree:
- Health Education
- Exercise Science
- Sport Management
A variety of job opportunities are available for the graduates of the Health, Human Performance, and Sport ManagementÂ Masterâ€™s program. These includes employment in areas such as health clinics, businesses, fitness and wellness programs, educational settings and sport/athletic facilities. Students will have the opportunity to improve their intellectual and professional skills through advanced classroom instruction, participation in behavioral research, and community service learning activities.
A minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited educational institution with an overall GPA of 3.0 is required for admissions into the graduate program. The following items are required for admission:
- Undergraduate transcripts
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
- Reference Letters (3)
- Letter of Intent
