Student Housing Options

UALR offers a variety of housing options to meet the needs of the diverse student body. Which one is right for you?
East Hall: Freshman Residence Hall
Traditional suite style, furnished, co-ed, two bedroom units shared by four students. Includes kitchenette, bath, and living area.
Commons Apartments: North and South Halls
To qualify for the apartments you must be in good standing, have a minimum 2.0 GPA and one of the following:
* Minimum 30 completed course hours
* EIT or Donaghey Scholarship recipient
* UALR Student Athlete
University Courts-Non-Traditional Student Housing
University Court Apartments are reserved for non-traditional students over 21. These one bedroom/one bath apartments include full kitchen, cable, and wirless internet. Current rent is $450 per month and includes utilities.
Rental Houses-Family Housing
UALR owns several houses in the Oak Forrest neighborhood. These unfurnished houses are available for student, faculty or staff families. Depending on size and amenities, rent averages $500-$600 per month plus utilities.
