University Court Apartments
The office of Student Housing manages a twenty unit apartment complex located on Fair Park Boulevard just south of the residence hall. All units are one bedroom and include living room, bath and full kitchen. Some units are furnished. All apartments are wired for computer access to the campus network. Utilities and cable are included in the $450 monthly rent.
Security features include enhanced outdoor lighting, blue light emergency, phones at each entrance to the courtyard area and regular patrols by UALR Department of Public Safety officers. A student manager resides in the complex.
Applications are accepted year round and require a deposit of $100 and a $35 non-refundable application fee.
Students 21 or older and those classified as juniors or higher are eligible to apply.
