Sustainability in Student Housing
Sustainability in Housing supports the objectives of the Campus Sustainability committee. It provides students with opportunities to increase their knowledge of environmental awareness while actively decreasing their impact on the residential community and the communities surrounding the University. Sustainability in Housing focuses on researching, evaluating, and recommending measures that the Office of Student Housing should take in the interest of campus sustainability.
The primary focus is to inform, educate, and encourage all members of the Housing community regarding steps that can be taken to conserve resources and protect the environment. Taking these steps will create healthier facilities and stronger communities within our facilities. Possessing stronger communities will contribute to a stronger University.
