Re-app Week
Re-app week will be the week of April 16-20.
- Spring 2012 balances muct be paid in full by this Friday, April 13. Check your account now. We don’t want to have to tell you next week that you are not eligible to participate.
- Bring a picture ID. preferably your UALR student ID and come to University Commons between 9:00 - noon, or 1:00 - 4:00 each day according to schedule below:
- Monday, April 16: EAST, NORTH OR SOUTH SAME ROOM. If you want to keep your same room in East, North or South, this day is for you.
- Tuesday, April 17: NORTH OR SOUTH CHANGE ROOM. If you currently live in North or South and you wish to change to a different apartment in North or South, this day is for you.
- Wednesday, April 18: EAST HALL CHANGE ROOMS: If you currently live in East Hall and you want to move to a different room in East Hall, or move to North or South, this day is for you.
- Thursday, April 19: WEST HALL CHANGE BUILDINGS: If you currently live in West Hall and you want to move to East, North, or South, this day is for you. Unless you have been named a CLC Sophomore Ambassador for next year, you must move out of West to make room for new freshmen coming in August. Eligibility for North or South includes good standing, minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA, and completion of 30 semester hours at the time of application.
- Friday, April 20: Any eligible resident who did not reapply for housing earlier in the week can come to the housing office between 9:00 - noon, or 1:00 - 4:00 on this day to sign up.
- Residents meeting the eligibility requirements for The Village can request to be placed on a waiting list to be assigned later in the summer after UALR takes possession of the property and determines vacancies.
- It is best to arrive at the Housing Office with preselected roommate choices. Groups of four will be given priority for vacant apartments. All four must meet eligibility requirements.
