The mission of the Human Relations Office is to provide an impetus for change in the way people think, feel and respond to diversity; to promote the acceptance and affirmative support of pluralism on campus. The role of the Human Relations Office is to be at the forefront of the effort to hire and retain a more diverse faculty, administrative/professional and classified staff for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
