Ph.D. or D.B.A. in business required, with business course work and an emphasis in organizational behavior and one additional area; doctorate must be received by May, 2011. Position requirements include teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in organizational behavior and one other area of Management based on expertise and demonstrating a planned scholarly agenda with research/external service potential. Work experience desirable.
