SPRING 2014 – Deadlines for Tuition Discount Forms
Spring registration runs November 18, 2013 through January 17, 2014, in accordance with the following schedule:
- Priority Registration: November 18 – December 6, 2013
- Early Registration: December 9, 2013 – January 3, 2014 by 4:00 p.m.
- Regular Registration: January 6 – January 10, 2014 by 4:00 p.m.
- Late Registration: January 13 – January 17, 2013 by 4:00 p.m.
Faculty and staff wanting to register during the early registration period must ensure their discount form is processed before the Friday, January 10, 2014 registration confirmation/payment deadline. The tuition discount form must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by Friday, December 20, 2013 by 12:00 p.m. Tuition discounts will not be able to be submitted to the Department of Human Resources between December 21, 2013 and January 1, 2014, due to the holiday break.
Tuition discount forms submitted during regular registration need to be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by Thursday, January 9, 2014 by 3:00 p.m. to allow time for forms to be received in Student Accounts by Friday, January 10, 2014 for the registration/confirmation payment deadline.
All tuition discount forms for Spring 2014 must be received in the Department of Human Resources no later than noon on Friday, January 17, 2014. No request forms will be accepted after this date.
Student tuition discount requests are processed in the Department of Human Resources. Tuition discount request forms (for UALR employees/spouse/dependents) can be downloaded here.
Please note: State of Arkansas “Student Consent” forms are no longer required.
