New Workers’ Compensation Procedures

Effective July 1, 2014, there will be new procedures for filing workers’ compensation claims. Employees should notified their supervisor of all work related injuries immediately. If the employee plans to file a workers’ compensation claim, the employee should contact Company Nurse at 1-855-339-1893. If the employee will not file a claim, the employee should complete the Employee Incident Report and submit to their supervisor and the Department of Human Resources.
