When Chancellor Andrew Rogerson announced the rollout of the YES Campaign, he said “This is in line with one of our stated priorities, namely to make UA Little Rock the most student-friendly campus in Arkansas. This initiative is designed to mobilize leaders, faculty, and staff as we work to increase student enrollment and retention and foster engagement opportunities across campus.”
The first component of the YES Campaign, Service Excellence Training, focuses on the critical role we all play in creating a service-centric environment. This occurs when we:
- support continuous improvement in the quality of services
- encourage commitment to best practices that are essential for service excellence
- promote an organizational response that will sustain a consistent service standard and culture
within the institution
Participants in this interactive training session will explore customer loyalty, accountability, ownership, employee recognition, and service recovery.
