Concurrent Employment
State employees who receive compensation from (1) two different state agencies/institutions or (2) from the same institution/agency for additional duties not defined as part of the employee’s primary job must complete a Concurrent Employment Form. All state employees are covered by the Concurrent Employment regulations. City School Districts are NOT considered State Institutions.

Classified Employee Performance Evaluations
Classified Employee Performance Evaluations are due March 31, 2012. The Department of Human Resources will conduct a series of training sessions for supervisors on February 22, 23, 29 and March 1, 2012. These sessions are designed to assist supervisors in successfully completing and conducting a performance evaluation as there have been a few changes/updates to the performance evaluation process. The training sessions will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be held in our HR Training Room, USB-A104. Seating is limited to 20 attendees per sessions.
