Arkansas Employee Assistance Program (AEAP)

Arkansas Employee Assistance Program (AEAP) is a benefit provided to you and your family at no cost by your employer.  UALR contracts with AEAP because of its commitment to the well-being of valued employees.

The AEAP provides counseling, information, and referrals (if indicated) for employees and their immediate family members.  The AEAP is ideal for individuals and families experiencing personal distress, or simply seeking to improve health and well-being.  We provide:

  • Short-term, solution focused counseling
  • Free
  • Confidential
