Information Quality Students Present at MIT Conference

Marilou Haines and Apolonia Lintag, both students in the UALR Information Quality Graduate Program, gave paper presentations at the International Conference on Information Quality (ICIQ) held November 14-16, 2008, at MIT in Cambridge, MA.  Marilou presented the paper “When Information Products are Assessed by the Law: A Case Study,” and Apolonia presented her paper “Data Quality Issues in the Mortgage Origination Process.”  Other UALR students in attendance included Eric Nelson, Isaac Osesina, Chris Heien, Stephen Wallace, and Jim Atkinson.  UALR faculty members attending included Dr. Ningning Wu, Dr. Rolf Wigand, Dr. Elizabeth Pierce, and Dr. John Talburt.
