Many of our graduates have chosen careers in public relations, teaching, non-profits, social services, management, writing, graphic design, and business, among others.
Our Liberal Arts program is also an appealing avenue for students wishing to go on law or graduate school.

‚ÄúAfter finishing my degree, I went on to teach art at Ridge Road Middle Charter School in North Little Rock.¬† I also teach ballet at the Irby School of Dance in Little Rock.¬† I enjoy teaching both of these artistic disciplines because they cultivate a creative and structured learning environment.¬† My concentrations in dance, studio art and history allowed me to express myself creatively and provided me with the skills I need to make a living doing what I love.‚ÄĚ-Allison Stephens, 2009 Graduate
“Since completing the BALA program I earned my masters in Professional and Technical Writing at UALR.¬† I work as a Technical Writer where I conduct training, produce departmental manuals and do some software documentation. I love document design, when it comes to producing my manuals. I am also very detail-oriented, so producing manuals comes to me with ease.
Also, I got married in July of 2009. I married Dustin Jones, another BALA graduate who is now pursuing his MBA at UALR.” -Erin Lynch-Jones
