International Friendship Outreach
International Friendship Outreach (IFO) is a community based program offering opportunities for social and cultural interaction between American hosts and internationals who study, work, or live in the central Arkansas area. They sponsor a number of social events and outings during the year. They also assist internationals in getting settled in the Central Arkansas area and provide access to free maps, brochures, and visitor’s guides.

Arkansas Global Programs (AHSS) at UALR
Arkansas Global Programs has provided $4 million in international exchange training programs for professionals through UALR since 2001 and continues to provide these. Arkansas Global Programs provide educational and professional training, travel abroad, and job opportunities to faculty, staff, and students, as well as professionals, students, and others in the community.
