Insurance Claims

If you presented your insurance card at the time of the illness or injury, the hospital or doctor will work with LewerMark Insurance to settle your claim. If you ever receive a bill from the hospital or doctor, immediately contact LewerMark at (800) 821-7710 to ask about the status of the claim.

If you did not present your insurance card at the time of your illness or injury (or were unable to), email lewermarksupport@lewer.com with the following:

  • scanned copy of your walkout statement or bill
  • your insurance ID number or insurance card
  • claims questionnaire (where necessary)
  • current U.S. mailing address

Please note: Students are responsible for following up on their insurance claims and medical bills.
