Nominations/applications for the 2013-2014 CPM classes are now being accepted. Individual class sizes may be limited, so early registration is recommended.
CPM 2013-2014 Nomination Packet
For those of you who are not enrolling in CPM, you may still attend a training session, providing there is seat availability. Use the registration form at the end of the nomination/application packet. We will contact you regarding availability closer to the date of the session.
