A survey of approximately 12,400 Arkansas residents in each of the selected Arkansas counties. This survey is being conducted in order to understand a variety of general health practices, including information on health risk behaviors, preventive health practices, and health care access primarily related to cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Arkansas Tobacco Users Survey

Community Engaged Study of Social Networks and Long-term Care

There are three phases to the survey: 1) A self-administered iPad survey of Community Connectors, 2) A telephone survey of individuals identified by the Connectors as persons with long-term care needs, and 3) A telephone survey of individuals in the community with long-term care needs.

Building Brides to Better Beginnings/Early Childcare Welfare Survey

This project is an evaluation and assessment study for the UALR School of Social Work
(SSW) in conjunction with the Administration for Children, Youth and Families. This study is
being conducted with employees (approximately 2,500 across the state) in three different
roles: 1) Family Service Workers, 2) Early Childcare Providers, and 3) Family Court Workers:
Judges, Attorney Ad Litem (AAL), and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)
employees. The purpose of the survey is to gauge the attitudes and opinions of these
employees regarding early child care and child care education. The results will help support
and facilitate early child care policy research.
