Desktop Support
The Computing Services Desktop Support Team (DST) is dedicated to providing computer consulting, troubleshooting and repair to UALR Faculty, Staff and Students. We have 10 technicians on our team that staff our call center and make visits to Faculty and Staff offices as necessary.
DST is the first point of contact for the Computing Services department. If your call cannot be resolved by the technician during the initial contact then the call will be escalated to the appropriate person in Computing Services.
All calls to the Help Desk are tracked in a database and are assigned a Help Desk ticket number. In order to serve you efficiently, please retain this ticket number and refer to it during any follow up calls.
