Procurement

Use the following resources when purchasing computer hardware or software. Desktop Support offers recommendations for hardware and software purchases along with installation assistance.

Hardware

Refer to the State of Arkansas Office of Procurement for appropriate IT equipment quote and purchasing procedures.

Include the Computer Equipment Procurement Request form (CEPR) with your purchase documentation for all computer hardware that will be connected to the campus network.

Software

Contact the Higher Education account representative at Software House International, Inc. (SHI) for assistance locating the appropriate software licensing/media information.
