IT Services Desktop Support is morphing itself into a 21st century service desk operation. The first step in the evolution was to upgrade the Service Management application (FrontRange HEAT) to the most current version, 9.5.1… With the upgrade Desktop will be adding new accessibility features for the University’s client community. Features like E-Mail and HEAT Board (Issues and Projects Announcement Bulletin Board) are just two ways Desktop plans to enhance the client experience.
The upgrade took just three months to complete, ushering in a new era for timely, accurate, and on-demand client technical support. Look for more service announcements from IT Services in the coming days and months.
