HW, BINF 4445/5445, due Monday 11/17/08

1) Review chapter I. Generate a list of questions that you have

about it that you would like answered, so that if they are on the

final, you will be prepared and understand (in addition to your

intrinsic interest in knowing the answers). We will discuss these

questions in class.

2) Submit a progress report on your project, stating what is done

and what the plans are for finishing it. The plans should state

who will be doing what. (Each team member may hand in the same

answer for this question as the other team members.)
