About Me

Jessi is a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Through her hard work and dedication, Jessi has obtained a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Information Technology.

Although Jessi has a degree, she plans to continue her education through independent study specifically on web design and mass communications in hopes of finding a career that will blend the skills that she has learned from both her major and minor.

At age 22, Jessi Davis is already an award winning filmmaker. She has won over 10 awards in producing, cinematography, film editing, directing and writing. She has also worked in the industry in different media related outlets like the Steve Shields Show, ELJ Video Communications, Rural Arkansas Magazine, the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Corp., House of Representatives and several others as well as in departments such as corporate communications, systems services, master control, editing, video conferencing and telecommunications all in hopes to widen her knowledge of production and media skills.

Jessi is passionate about anything involving media, technology and design and it shows from her degree, awards, independent projects and work history.

Constantly looking for new inspiration, Jessi's love of the outdoors, music and films continue to drive her creativity.

Jessi currently resides in Little Rock, AR with her Maltipoo, Gemma. The majority of her free time is spent watching and studying films, playing with her dog or learning techniques she can use with her new camera, the Canon T2i.
