• If you do not know your email password or wish to change it.

1. Log in to http://boss.ualr.edu
2. Go to the Personal Information section.
3. Click the link for View Usernames and Change Passwords on UALR Computing Systems.
4. Place a checkmark in the row for Mail.
5. Read the Password Requirements and enter your new password twice in the boxes below.
6. Click the Change Password button. The change may take a few seconds to complete.
7. Click Exit to log out of BOSS. Try logging in to http://mail.ualr.edu again with your new password.

STUDENTS domain account

• Please present a picture ID at one of the two Computing Services Student Labs.
