Contracts I

First-year students will take this course in the fall semester.

Contracts I covers the formation of contracts; offer and acceptance; consideration and substitutes for consideration; mistake, unfairness and overreaching; unconscionability; the Statute of Frauds; interpretation; performance and breach; impossibility and frustration; third party beneficiaries; and assignment of rights and delegation of duties.
