Professor Steinbuch discusses U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to hear same-sex marriage cases

Professor Rob Steinbuch was interviewed by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette regarding the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to review the same-sex marriage ban. “It’s perfectly reasonable to think the state court might want to wait and hear from a federal court. … It’s pretty clear the issue is going to be decided by the Supreme Court of the United States,” Steinbuch said.
