Civil Procedure II

3 credit hours. Civil Procedure I and II provide an overview of the litigation process from commencement of an action through appeal, with emphasis on pretrial procedures. Topics covered include personal and subject matter jurisdiction; process; pleading; discovery; pretrial and post-verdict motions; judgments; res judicata; and some appellate procedures.
